Resource Conservation and Recovery Act 3 (RCRA)
Resource Conservation and Recovery Act 3 (RCRA) : A law that gives the Environmental Protection Agency the authority to control hazardous waste from "cradle to grave" (i.e., from the point of generation to the point of ultimate disposal), including its minimization, generation, transportation, treatment, storage, and disposal.
