Responsible Person 2 :
(1) NAV CANADA: An individual who has agreed with the person who has filed a flight itinerary (FI) to ensure that the following are notified in the manner prescribed in Canadian Aviation Regulation (CAR) 602 if the aircraft is overdue: (a) an ATC unit, an FSS, an FIC or a community aerodrome radio station (CARS) ; or (b) a joint rescue coordination centre (JRCC) . (2) CAR: An individual who has agreed with the person who has filed a flight itinerary (FI) to ensure that the following are notified in the manner prescribed in CAR 602 if the aircraft is overdue: (a) an ATC unit, an FSS or a community aerodrome radio station (CARS) ; or (b) a rescue coordination centre (RCC)
