Restrictive Covenant
Restrictive Covenant : in a HR context it is a contract clause in the employment agreement requiring key personnel or other highly skilled employees to refrain from employment with competitor organizations in a specific geographical region or in a specific business area or from becoming an entrepreneur and competing for a specified period of time after the termination of employment with the current employer.
