State Incident Communications Conference Line (SICCL)

State Incident Communications Conference Line (SICCL) : "The SICCL was created primarily to bring States together to share information and discuss issues that have an effect on all of them following an incident. This line is typically used during a multiple State disaster such as a hurricane where impacted States may request support from other States. The SICCL is not a 24/7 line. Instead, it is a scheduled conference call, which would be set up as needed to address issues. In summary, the SICCL is: (1) used for the transmission and exchange of information primarily targeted to State and local communicators; and (2) typically activated with a multiple State incident, and there is need for cross border coordination".
