Statement of Standards
Statement of Standards : Section 122 of the Child Protection Act 1999, prescribes the chief executive's responsibility to ensure that a child placed in the care of an approved foster carer, licensed care service or departmental care service is cared for in a way that meets the Statement of Standards. The term 'standards of care' also refers to the legislated Statement of Standards
