Stopping the Clock : "Stopping the clock": HSE, as a Competent Authority, is required to meet deadlines for various tasks it carries out under Regulation 528/2012. Under certain circumstances, such as waiting for the submission of additional data, the evaluation can be suspended. The time remaining to the deadline will also be suspended. This suspension period (also known as "stopping the clock"), which runs from the date the applicantparticipant is contacted until the extra information is received. The time taken to respond will not be counted against the deadline
