Strategy 06 : "Definition: statement for a course of action or actions to be taken in order to achieve objective(s). Annotation: Doctrine encompasses the fundamental principles which guide an organization and "shapes the effort". Policy includes the process implemented through plans and procedures towards realization of doctrine and "guides the effort".
