Structural Unemployment : Unemployment which is related to the actual nature and structure of the economy. It has to do with the productive and distributive base of the economy being inadequate to sustain jobs. Inadequacies can be the result of factors such as a lack of natural resources, insufficient capital, limited markets and lack of human resources skills
