Standpipe :
The vessel's deck fitting through which closed system measurements are taken. It contains the necessary valves and fittings to allow the closed system measurement unit to be lowered into an inerted, pressurized, vessel tank to take the required measurements. It is also referred to as a pressure or vapor lock system
