Cellulose Acetate
Cellulose Acetate : A cellulose ester formed by the reaction of cellulose to acetic acid or acetic anhydride, when sulfuric acid is used as a catalyst; it is used in making motion picture film, burns slowly and quietly, and is classed as a lesser fire hazard than ordinary newsprint in the same quantity and form.
