Cervical Spine 1

Cervical Spine 1 : also known as your neck, this refers to the seven vertebrae that go from the base of your skull to your shoulder line. The first two vertebrae are very unique and are referred to as the Atlas and the Axis: this is where much of the rotation of the head takes place. When the joints in your cervical spine aren't moving correctly or are fixated, it will lead to muscle tension and headaches. We help restore this function by adjusting your neck and applying myofascial release to the affected areas. Chiropractic has a great track record for helping people with headaches
