Chemicals, Dangerous properties of 2

Chemicals, Dangerous properties of 2 :

Chemicals, Dangerous properties of (2): Until 12/01/2010 the chemicals should be classified, labeled and packaged according to Directive 67/548/EEC incorporated into Act No. 356/2003 Coll. on chemical substances and chemical preparations and amending some laws as amended by subsequent regulations, as stipulated in the existing system. From December 1, 2010 the chemicals will be a labelled and packaged, according to Regulation 1272/2008/ES - CLP. Until December 1, 2012 both systems of the substances classification will be practicable. I. The current classification in accordance with 67/548/EEC on chemical substances and chemical preparations and amending some Acts as amended by subsequent regulations: (1) Explosive (labelled with the letter E), which may react exothermically even without the presence of air oxygen, whereby a gas is generated quickly, or which can under specific test conditions explode and burn up rapidly, or which can explode when warmed, if placed in a partially closed container, (2) Oxidizing (labelled with the letter O), which initiate a highly exothermic reaction in contact with other substances, in particular flammable substances, (3) Extremely flammable (labeled with the letter F+), which in their liquid state have a flash point below 0oC and the boiling point below 35oC, or which are in their gaseous state in flammable in contact with the air at a normal (room) temperature and at normal (atmospheric) pressure, (4) Highly flammable (labelled with the letter F), which: (a) May warm up by themselves and then ignite in contact with the air at normal (room) temperature and normal (atmospheric) pressure, and without any supplied energy, (b) May in their solid state easily in. Flame after a short contact with a source of ignition, and which then continue to burn or smoulder even if the source of ignition has been removed, (c) In their liquid state have the flash point below 21oC and are not extremely flammable, (d) When in contact with water or a humid air release highly flammable gases at the minimum rate of 1 liter.kg-1.h-1, (5) Flammable (labelled with phrase R10), which have their flash point between 21oC and 55oC, (6) Highly toxic (labelled with the letter T+), which after inhalation, ingestion, or skin penetration, even in a very small quantity, may cause acute or chronic harm to human health, or even death, (7) Toxic (labelled with the letter T), which after inhalation, ingestion, or skin penetration, even in a small quantity, may cause acute or chronic harm to human health, or even death, (8) Harmful to health (labelled with the letters Xn), which after inhalation, ingestion, or skin penetration may cause acute or chronic harm to human health, or even death, (9) Corrosive (labelled with the letter C), which after contact with living tissue may cause its destruction, (10) Irritating (labelled with the letters Xi), which do not have caustic properties yet they may cause a tissue inflammation after instant, long-term, or repeated contact with the skin or mucous membrane, (11) Sensitizing (labelled with Phrases R42, R43), which after inhalation or skin penetration may cause excessive sensitivity, and following another exposure to the substance characteristic symptoms occur, (12) Carcinogenic (labelled with Phrases R45, R49), which after inhalation, ingestion, or skin penetration may cause or increase the occurrence frequency of cancer, (13) Mutagenic (labelled with Phrase R46), which after inhalation, ingestion, or skin penetration may cause or increase the occurrence frequency of genetic impairment, (14) Toxic for reproduction (labelled with Phrases R60, R61), which after inhalation, ingestion, or skin penetration may cause or increase the occurrence frequency of non-hereditary impairment of descendants, impair reproduction functions or the ability of a man or woman to reproduce, (15) Dangerous for the environment (labelled with the letter N or Phrases R52, R53, R59), which after dispersion in the environment represent or may represent an immediate or delayed danger
