Packaging. All pure, laboratory and pharmaceutical materials are delivered in the standard retail packaging, or in wholesale containers. The standard retail packaging has the form of glass and plastic medicine bottles and wide-neck bottles with labels including the complete product identification details. Customers may ask for non-standard packaging. Wholesale packaging of chemicals includes sacks, paper bales, metal or plastic drums with the UN code, or UN containers, truck tanks, or rail tankers. The containers are divided into returnable and non-returnable. PENTA has executed an Agreement on Collective Performance with EKO-KOM, a.s., and since July 1, 2002 it has facilitated the collection and use of non-returnable containers in accordance with Section 13 (1c) of the Wastes Act, and joined the EKO-KOM System of Collective Performance under Customer No.EK-F05020348. Returnable containers are collected upon agreement with our customers. PENTA declares that all containers meet the requirements for introducing containers to the market, as stipulated in Act No. 477/2001
