CHEMSAFE 2 : The Plastics and Chemicals Industries Association (PACIA) offers two services under the CHEMSAFE Emergency Management Program: (1) the CHEMSAFE Emergency Response Service which responds to a broad spectrum of incidents, providing expert advice and total incident management; and, (2) the CHEMSAFE Transport Incident Response Service which provides on the scene support in the event of a transport incident nvolving chemical products
