Child Labourer and Child Worker : The ILO Minimum Age Convention, 1973 (No. 138) sets out very clearly the kinds of work that may be performed by a person under 18 and under what conditions. The Convention takes into account factors including a country's level of development, work that is part of education and schooling, and the effects of work on a child's health, morals, and school attendance, as well as the age of the child and the kind of work.
