Child Labourer


Child Labourer :

 describes a child aged 15 years or under, whether paid or unpaid, who is working in a way that is not allowed by the ILO Minimum Age Convention. Examples might include a child under the relevant minimum age for admission to employment who is working, more than a few hours a day, or a child working in an environment that is a threat to health or morals. A child worker is a person aged 15 years or under who is working in a way that does not contravene the Convention. Examples might include a child working a few hours a day, but still attending school
