Chrome Lignosulfonate


Chrome Lignosulfonate :

(n.) Drilling Fluids. A lignosulfonate that has been treated by mixing or reacting into the molecular structure some form of chromium (either chromate or chromic salt). Although still used today in less environmentally sensitive areas, it has been replaced by iron or calcium lignosulfonates.
