Crisis Management Team (CMT) 2
Crisis Management Team (CMT) 2 : A Group of individuals responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive plan for responding to a disruptive incident. The team consists of a core group of decision-makers trained in incident management and prepared to respond to any situation. Note: In most countries Crisis and Incident are used interchangeably but in the UK the term Crisis has traditionally been used for wide area incidents involving Emergency Services. However the recent UK Government sponsored PAS200 document seeks to extent the use of this term beyond the public sector
