Cross-Sectional Study 2 : (Prevalence study). A study that examines the relationship between exposures and outcomes prevalent in a defined population, at a defined point in time. The start and endpoint are the same, and disease and postulated causal factors are measured simultaneously. It's like a single snapshot of everyone in the family who could be gathered for the photo, looking for clues as to why some are sick
