Daily Rest : Breaks from work during working hours, including meal breaks and other short intervals. Short breaks are particularly important in jobs requiring fast work or a high degree of vigilance. These breaks may not be prescribed by law, but can be included in individual or collective employment agreements. Sometimes they are not part of written agreements, but are part of the customs and practices of the enterprise
