DOE Facility Representative 2 : For each major facility or group of lesser facilities, an individual, or designee, assigned responsibility by the Head of the Field Element/Operations Organization for monitoring the performance of the facility and its operations. This individual should be the primary point of contact with the contractor and will be responsible to the appropriate Secretarial Officer and Head of the Field Element/Operations Organization for implementing occurrence reporting requirements
