Domestic Nuclear Defense Policy Coordinating Committee :

"Created in 2004 by theHomeland Security Council and the National Security Council, the committee is a joint policycoordination body that is made up of representatives of all federal agencies with management responsibilities for nuclear defense, detection, and interdiction. This committee has been instrumental in providing guidance on developing DNDO's nuclear detection response protocols.
