Because both you and your opponent(s) must make a decision simultaneously, there is no opportunity for either party to react and choose the best option. Therefore, the situation is ripe for a wrong guess on your opponent's part. Think Rock Paper Scissors. A double blind mixup doesn't necessarily have to put all parties at risk. The situation can still be very one sided
