Adult Population
Adult Population : This comprises all persons who are of the minimum age for admission to employment, or over. The "minimum age for admission to employment" is to be taken as being not less than that age for the completion of compulsory education. As such, this would be legally determined from country to country. The adult population would therefore consist of the labour force (the employed population and the unemployed population), and persons not in the labour force
