Ear Protection 2

Ear Protection 2 :

Typically the ears need protection from excessive noise, although specific protection devices exist for temperature extremes. Permissable sound exposure levels have been given in various industrial standards - although speculation on whether the suggested levels are really safe still exists. Note that as the sound level increases, the permissible duration of exposure decreases. Eight hours of exposure is permitted at 90 dB(A). Examples of ear protection include: formable and premolded earplugs, hearing bands, and ear muffs
