Education and Training Institutions :
Refers to the following organizations: (1) All educational or training organizations including private schools that are governed by the Education Act or the Private Career Colleges Act, 2005. (2) All organizations that offer all or part of a post-secondary program that leads to a degree under a consent granted through the Post-secondary Education Choice and Excellence Act, 2000. (3) All universities in Ontario as well as their affiliated and federated colleges that receive annual operating grants from the province and all colleges of applied arts and technology that were established under the Ontario Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology Act, 2002. (4) All private and public organizations that provide courses or programs that offer diplomas or certificates named by the Minister of Education under paragraph 1 subsection 8(1) of the Education Act
