Emergency Authorization
Emergency Authorization : The term 'Emergency authorisation' is not used in Regulation 528/2012. However, Article 55 allows for a derogation from the requirements of authorisation requirements laid out in Articles 17 and 19 for a period not exceeding 180 days for a limited and controlled use under the supervision of the competent authority, if such measure is necessary because of a danger to public health, animal health or the environment which cannot be contained by other means
