Emergency Management Team 3 : A term that can be used to describe the management unit that operates at the EOC, and is responsible for all Emergency Management Operations during an incident (this is distinct from an "incident management team" that is operating at the "incident command post" and directly manages activities at the incident). These responsibilities encompass: (1) Directly supporting the Incident Management Team (IMT). (2) Directly managing emergency issues (or delegating the management) related to the incident but outside the defined scope of the Incident Management Team's activities
