They are used to monitor compliance with environmental standards or any other discharges to the environment, and to facilitate any needed Project design or operational changes. Includes the cost of air quality, soil, water quality and wildlife monitoring systems to the extent required or stipulated by the provincial or federal agencies or as part of the Project approval
