Environmental Tobacco Smoke 2 : Smoke exhaled by another person or side stream smoke arising from another person's cigarette. Environmental tobacco smoke in the workplace is associated with a range of work-related disorders. The main ones are ischaemic heart disease, lung cancer and pneumococcal disease, with some evidence also for asthma, other respiratory symptoms, cerebrovascular disease and low-birth-weight babies
