Equipment 25 : The systems and devices used throughout DOE and commonly referred to as equipment are divided into three categories for the purpose of this Order. It is the intent of this definition to separately identify the installed equipment that can logically be considered as an integral part of a real property improvement from other types of equipment. The purpose of such a determination is to provide a uniform basis for analysis of various maintenance and repair costs
