European Free Trade Association (EFTA) 2
European Free Trade Association (EFTA) 2 : The EFTA Convention established a free trade area among it Member States in 1960, through the Stockholm Convention. These countries, with the exception of Switzerland, entered into the Agreement on the European Economic Area, which came into force in 1994. The current contracting parties, in addition to the three EFTA States, are the European Community and the 25 European Union Member States. See: European Economic Area
