Evaluation Plan (EvalPlan) : "The EvalPlan is typically used for operations-based exercises of a large scope and scale; this document provides specific guidance to exercise evaluators. The EvalPlan is designed to help exercise evaluators understand their roles and responsibilities in exercise data collection and evaluation in order to conduct an effective analysis of the exercise and produce a comprehensive AAR/IP.
