Executive Agent 2 : "An 'executive agent' is an individual who has been designated by his or her superior to act on behalf of that superior. This designation involves a delegation of authority from the superior to the selected subordinate. The executive agent may be limited to providing only administration and support or to coordinating common functions, or the executive agent may be delegated authority, direction, and control over specified resources for specified purposes".
