Exercise Setup 2 : Exercise setup includes setting up simulations, preparing scenes and visual areas (e.g., smoke generators, simulated spills, actor moulage, etc.), performing controller communications checks, conducting responder initial conditions briefings, synchronizing clocks, initializing computer simulation data, and other scenario-specific activities. Exercise setup should be carefully planned to ensure that all logistics necessary to conduct the exercise are checked before the exercise begins
