Expanded Health Standard
Expanded Health Standard : Any standard promulgated by the US Occupational Safety and Health Administration under Section 6(b)(5) of the US Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970. Expanded health standards generally address a specific substance and include, in addition to a permissible exposure limit, ancillary requirements pertaining to medical surveillance, exposure monitoring, personal protective equipment, respiratory protection, training and information, and record keeping
