Federal Response Plan (FRP) 06
Federal Response Plan (FRP) 06 : A national level plan developed by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in coordination with 26 federal departments and agencies plus the American Red Cross. This plan was developed in 1992 and updated in 1999 to implement the Stafford Act in the provision of federal disaster to states and local communities in a Presidential-declared disaster. It was superseded by the National Response Plan in March 2004, which was then superseded by the National Response Framework
