FEMA Executive Management System EMS) : In FY 2007 FEMA "Developed the requirements for, and implemented, an Executive Management System to improve how FEMA manages information, saving significant staff time in searching, organizing and formatting information". In FY 2008 the EMS will "manage a concurrence clearance process, collecting feedback in a central location for thousands of documents. EMS will also become a data repository for FEMA documents and information, with built-in search functions and the ability to report on the status of documents".
