FEMA Incident Management Systems (IMS) Division, National Integration Center (NIC) : "IMS is the Executive Agent for the National Response Framework (NRF). IMS coordinates and brokers agency and interagency planning initiatives in support of operational response and recovery objectives for the NRF and the National Incident Management System (NIMS).
