FEMA Law Enforcement Advisor :
A position within the FEMA Administrator's Office created in 2007 pursuant to the Post-Katrina Emergency Reform Act of 2006. The Law 1Enforcement Advisor "will provide FEMA with a law enforcement perspective on agency plans and policies.[and] will also be the senior advisor to FEMA on law enforcement programs and will support FEMA's growing interaction with law enforcement associations, fusion centers and terrorism task forces and will provide expert support to preparedness, protection, response, and recovery programs".
