Flood 21
Flood 21 : Condition of surface water (river, lake, ocean), in which the water level or the discharge (or both) exceeds a certain (average or "normal") value. This does not necessarily result in flooding. The graphic representation of changes in floodwater levels in time at a certain location is called a flood hydrograph, the highest value being the flood crest. The entire volume of water discharged during a flood minus the base runoff is called the flood volume
