Floodplain Regulations 2 : All codes, ordinances, resolutions, and other regulations relating to land use and construction within the limits of the regulatory floodplain. Also referred to in this document as "flood damage reduction regulations" and "floodplain management regulations." The ODNR, Division of Water - Floodplain Management Program has produced model Special Purpose Flood Damage Reduction Regulations that meet the minimum Federal standards of the National Flood Insurance Program. These are also referred to in this document as the "model regulations"
