Focus Group 1 : A focus group is a way of conducting an interview with a small group of people. The purpose of a focus group can be to discover the range of opinions on a particular topic, or through a series of focus groups, to reach a consensus view. They can also be used to develop further data collection methods, such as a questionnaire. The focus group participants take part in a discussion led by a facilitator who uses a topic guide to ensure that all the main questions are covered. Focus groups usually meet face to face, but online focus groups can also be conducted
