Forward Control Centre
Forward Control Centre : A facility, where the controller is located, at or near the scene of an emergency to facilitate better control and management of a particular emergency. In emergencies where the impact is widespread there may be the need to locate more than one forward control centre in which case the title of each forward control centre should be preceded by the place name. The forward control centre may be located in an existing building or be a self-contained mobile unit.
