Fully Allocated Costs
Fully Allocated Costs : The distribution of operating expenses to each mode by type of service and function. For directly operated service, expenses are also distributed by object class. Fully allocated costs account for all direct costs plus the assignment of any joint or shared expenses. Shared expenses are distributed based on a logical basis of assignment, generally using variables associated with service supply, such as miles, hours or maximum service vehicle requirements
