Gas System :
The term gas system as used in the ACOP/guidance means all gas installation pipework, fittings and appliances as well as the provision of ventilation and flueing. For the purposes of this publication, where appliance standards refer to domestic use, this should be taken as reference to the type of appliance rather than the location. A small cooker in an office canteen would therefore normally be regarded as a domestic-type appliance in this context
