Goals 1 :
"Goals are general guidelines that explain what you want to achieve. They are usually broad policy-type statements, long term, and represent global visions, such as: (1) The economic vitality of the community will not be threatened by future flood events. (2) Minimize wildfire losses in the urban wildfire interface area. (3) The continuity of local government operations will not be significantly disrupted by disasters".
