Graduated (Driver) Licensing System
Graduated (Driver) Licensing System : A series of driving permits and licences which require the bearer to pass a test, or hold the licence for a specified period with no violations in order to graduate to the next level. Each level gradually allows the bearer more independence and exposure to more risky driving environments and behaviours (such as driving at higher speeds, driving more powerful vehicles, driving with (more) passengers etc).
