Ground-Based Interceptor (GBI)
Ground-Based Interceptor (GBI) : A kinetic energy exoatmospheric interceptor with long flyout range to provide, where possible, a multiple engagement capability for defense of the U.S. with a relatively small number of missile launch locations.
