Handling Charge 1 :
As defined under the Regulation, the cost to transport the oil sands product from the RCP to a sales point relating to sales volumes sold in that month and reported on the GFE or MRC. Such costs may include prorated pooled costs relating to cost of service for use of the pipeline and pipeline tariffs and trucking costs incurred. Note: Enter one monthly total for all Arms Length Volumes transacted in the month and one monthly total for all Non Arms Length Volumes transacted in the month for the stream, irrespective of Point of Sale.
